Myf - 265 Model Broiler Cage

The first class galvanized sheets and wires we use to create the structure of our cages are ISO 9001 certified. Galvanization, which we use in the structure and partitions of the cages, aims to prevent mold and rust from the materials and to  extend the service life.  Our company has achieved the most efficient rate of galvanizing usage through the testing of research and development engineers and has started using it in its products.

Our Cage Cells

Our cell sizes are specially designed to provide the chickens in the movement area and to ensure their welfare.

In order to provide easy access to the chickens, horizontal sliding covers are used which can be opened with one hand.  In this way, it aims to save labor and time.

Our cell dimensions are 2650 mm long x 1600 mm wide.

  •  The height of our cells is 780 mm.
  •  The distance between the base wire of the lower floor and the floor is 350 mm.
  •  Using the adjustment bolt in the leg section of the cage, can be adjusted to a height of 60 mm.
  •  The intermediate threads we use to separate the cells are designed to allow the circulation of light and air.

Watering System

In our cage, the watering line can be adjusted with a crane system, it is provided with a water line that extends in the form of 2 lines along the cage, which is designed to allow the animals to easily access the water.  There are 8 inoxydables nipples in each watering line that make 16 inoxydables nipples in one cell.

Feeding System

Broilers need to be hygienically and correctly fed until they mature and be able to reach feed easily.  Thanks to the plates in our cages cells, broilers can easily access the feed.  The feeding system we use in the broiler cage allows the feed to be distributed equally, quickly and homogeneously to all cells of the cage.  This system is controlled by the control switches on the cage heads.  These switches are controlled by an electrical control panel to which they are connected.

Manure Removal System

Manure is transported through the polypropylene manure band, which is located under each floor and runs along the cage.  This transfer takes place thanks to motors in the heads bloc on the back side of each line.  Manure is evacuated using rubber balls in the block heads.  The surface of the manure band is cleaned with the scrapers located at the end of the floors.  These operations are carried out by the electrical control panel.

Broiler Delivery System

When the moment of unloading of the broiler arrives, the specially designed plastic drawers are opened manually and the chickens fall on the cleaned manure band.  Broilers are transferred from the manure band to the truck by a second transport conveyor.

By transporting broilers using the conveyor, damage to their feet and wings will be minimized.  The propulsion conveyor has an elevator and it is designed to be able to enter under the broiler transport vehicle.

Broilers can be shipped to the transport vehicle via conveyor systems.
