Automation Of Air Conditioning;
When designing air conditioning and poultry feeding equipment, myfarm examines the capacity of a chicken coop. The number of fans, cooling panels, air inlet, heater is determined to provide the necessary climatic conditions in the coop. The feeding and ventilation system automation equipment and necessary hardware and software are prepared.
Hardware And Software Specifications:
Myfarm offers to or customers two packages, the basic package and the advanced package for the ventilation and feeding systems.
1- The Basic Set
This package was designed to control the ventilation, feeding and lighting required for the chicken coop, and the necessary software was prepared and presented to the user. Through the touchable control screen, it can monitor the instant status of the ventilation equipment, malfunction in the system, temperature sensors and control the supply time parameters. The user can access the power supply, the lighting system clock settings and the ventilation system setting values via the control panel. The basic specifications of the set are given below.
7 ”touch screen operator panel
4-Area temperature sensor
Can control up to 96 fan
Can control up to 24 chimney fan
Can control up to 12 cooling pad motor (pump)
Can Control up to 4 air inlet motor (Automatic opening in the event of power failure.)
Alarm outputs and engine failures
Control the feeding system
Feed silo weighing system (optional)
Monitoring of water consumption with the water meter (option)
Lighting control and dimmer application (optional)
2- The Advanced Set
This set is designed to control feeding, lighting and air ventilation (fan, cooling pads, air inlet) of all the equipment required for the chicken coop, and the necessary software is prepared and presented to the user. Compared to the basic package, this package offers multiple sensors and advanced monitoring options. In this set, the user has the possibility to design his own automation system by adding more optional product. In this system, products with an Internet infrastructure are used for distant control of the coop .
